<h6>Damascus steel is an exclusive steel forged in 67 layers, as seen in the pattern on the knife. The hardness of Damascus steel can make the knife edge somewhat brittle, so it should not be used against bones or frozen foods.</h6> <br/>
<h6>Knife edges with exclusive steel may be somewhat more challenging to sharpen yourself, but in return, you get a sharpness and precision that you won't find in other knives. The knives stay sharp, but you don't need to sharpen them as often.</h6> <br/>
